* specialists are an exception, they level up all skills sorted by the most commonly used skills for specialists. Sorry... lazyness. ^^
The concept is nothing new, i just couldn't find a mod that didn't skip specialists and targeted the npc type's specialized skills so i coded it real quick. Have fun.
Installation: Download the file, extract the learningallthethings folder and move it to your extensions folder.
Deinstallation: Simply remove the folder, no savegame issues whatsoever.
