About this mod

Some cheat MD scripts that spawns certain ships and random stations in random zones in DeVries.

=============
This is part of a mod to test the economy in Devries. The initial idea was to create an NPC that "sells" certain ships and stations but the lack of UI modding (atm it's not possible to create an UI with a list and player choices) prevents that (for now). So I publish it just as a cheat. Please think twice before you use it. If it spoils your game then don't blame me :p

Istallation and cmpatibility
============================
This mod does not use any patch commands of any game files. All MD script are new and hence there should be no issue with other mods. Also nothing is saved by default so your saved games stay clean and if you decide not to use this mod anymore just remove it.

To install it just unpack(!!) the entire folder into the extension folder. Note, if you place the zipped folder in your extension folder then this will overwrite the save="0" and the mod will be in your saved games as a patch reference (fist few lines of the saved games). If this happens by accident the just edit your saved game to remove the patch reference.

How, what and where
===================
The mod provides three features which are triggered by the event of the player entering certain zones in DeVries:

1) Fly to Flickering Flame to reapair all your ships that have hull at 75% and less than 100%

2) Fly to Sparse Warmth to receive either a Titurel or a Taranis. The ships are fully equipped with dones, ammunition (in case of the destroyer) and with high skilled personnel: an engineer, a captain and a defence officer.

3) Fly to Presistent Darkening and a random station will be spawned in a random zone in DeVries. The station is fully extended and upgraded, loaded with drones and ammunition (for the v launcher) and comes with high skilled personnel: an engineer, a defence officer and a manager. It does need neither a CV nor an architect because it is completely built and the station's engineer will repair everything.

Remarks:
--------

@2)

In case of a freighter (the Titurel) no mining drones (suface/scoop) will be equipped because assigning such an equipped ship to a station that does not need collectibles as a resource will send the ship to free mining and that is broken, i.e. the ship will do nothing. Assigning the ship to a station that requires collectibles will send the ship to do exactly that but it will never be used for trading. So if you prefer the freighter to do a mining job then you need to equip the scoop or surface drones yourself (or mod the mod, there are a few lines comment out :p )

@3)

a) The list of stations does not include the civ dockyard because this is broken, i.e. it produces nothing. The list also covers only Albion stations. If you prefer any other then feel free to add them on your own risk.

b) The two trigger zones for ship and station creation are excluded from the random list of zones in which a station is placed so you don't trigger anything when you just want to check on your station.

c) The MD script is looking for free build locations (there is no other way to do it) but by creating a station at one location does not tag that very location as occupied. So it will happen that a further station creation is using the same location. But no worries here: the next station is just moved "vertically"; a rather interesting feature ;-)

Have fun and Merry Christmas
