This is a rebalance meant to be played on the highest difficulty.
Rifles, Snipers, and the Machine gunners are more accurate, and have better magazine capacity. Rifles have 30rnds, the MG has 100. There are small edits to some other weapons and reduction in some TU costs for weapons and the med kits.
Recruitable soldiers have better skills and constructions has been rebalanced to increase generate rates, capacity for storage and for staff as well as increased the effectiveness of the infirmary
Please feel free to modify this as a base for your mods. I left in many unedited files so you can modify and upload. This is an alternative until the mod tools come out when the game is released.
Extract the .RAR files into your template folder similar to below
Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Xenonauts2\Assets\Assets\xenonauts\template
