Manage smaller count of the ELITE soldiers in a slightly more dynamic alien invasion!
Much more interesting air combat and ground missions!

Permissions and credits
Briefly, I've made the game I am interested in playing.

As a fan of an old X-COM: UFO Defense, I kinda liked the Xenonauts project.
Although, there were some things that were irritating me, such as:
1. Too long and so a bit boring gameplay.
2. The starting squad is just bad.
3. Air combat does not depend on the player's skill (almost).
4. The best sniper rifle needs at least two shots to finish regular Caesan!

I have also noticed, that if I have 8-10 soldiers in a battle, I don't have enough patience to move all of them carefully. I just waste a half of my squad rushing the UFO. Although if I have 2-3 of my best soldiers facing a terror mission, the game becomes really interesting. Especially when using Iron Man setting.

Summing up, the main ideas that were implemented are:
1. Elite crew with elite weaponry facing elite aliens.
2. The funding should be more dependent on the local success.
3. Elite personnel needs elite salary.
4. Make the alien invasion faster to make the (happy) end become sooner.

The list of features:

Ground combat:
1. Increased damage of all weapons
2. Increased the bullet count in bursts from 3 to 5.
3. Fixed the weapons' characteristics:
1) Pistols can fire deadly bursts at short ranges.
2) Rifles have a bit improved accuracy.
3) Increased snipers' damage, so initial sniper is likely to "one shot" the aliens.
4) Increased explosives' damage and range.
5) Smoke and stun gas have much higher explosion range and are less likely to dissipate.
6) Increased stun weapons' damage.
7) Rocket launcher is now much more accurate.
4. Soldiers have better initial stats and improve faster.
5. The transport crew capacity decreased to 3(Chinook) - 5(Valkyrie)  soldiers.

Geoscape:
1. Increased cost of all personnel.
2. Soldiers are now really expensive.
3. Scientists and engineers work more efficiently.
4. Increased the building cost of base facilities.
5. Cancelled maintenance for base buildings. 
6. Weapons and armour are crafted almost instantly.
7. Garages can hold only one tank.
8. Increased radar ranges.
9. Funding nations change their relationships faster.
10. Increased the maximum amount of salary that funding nation can provide.
11. Alien invasion is now faster.

Air combat:
1. UFOs are now much more maneuverable (you will feel the lack of speed!).
2. UFOs' weapons have better fire rate.
3. The waves contain less UFOs and happen rarely (but still you will feel the airplanes shortage!).
4. Airplanes now hold 3 light missiles in one slot.
5. Foxtrot interceptor is now very fast and maneuverable.
