This effect launchs when YOU REVEALED. or Red Alert on stage. and last until stage ends.
You can Nerf or Buff entire Enemy Team via config. [ XComNerfConfig.ini ] file in Config Folder.
by default, .ini set to nerfed enemy team like this
ENEMY_AIM = -100 : Their Acc decrease 100 points.
ENEMY_DEF = -100 : YOUR chance to HIT increase 100 points (Show as DEFENSE +100).
ENEMY_SIGHT = -26 : default SightRadius of Almost every unit is 27. except The Hunter Chosen is 1000. it decrease 26 points.
ENEMY_WILL = -100 : Their WILL decrease 100 points.
ENEMY_PSIAIM = -100 : Their Psi Acc decrease 100 points.
ENEMY_CRIT = -100 : Their Crit Chance decrease 100 points. May also increase your Crit 100 too.
ENEMY_DODGE = -100 : Their Dodge for grace shot decrease 100 points.
set it to NEGATIVE can nerf their stats. but I didn't add HP, Mobility, Armor point to config because..
Hostile Civilians has 1 HP : decrease to 0 or lower made they cant spawned , crashed
Advent Turrets Has 0 Mobility : decrease or increase it made Turret tries to move. But no Walking Animation - crashed
Armor point lower than 0 on Enemies that no armor by default : Negative Armor Value = Every damage minus by Infinite = 1 DMG on everything.
**Some Enemies on Shen's Stage cant got Red Alert buff active by random. Because they have Infinite spawned after alert effect launchs.
How to Installed :
1. Put files in Mod Folder that near Localization folder. Default is :
XCOM 2 / XComGame / Mods / ** put files here **
2. On Long War 2 : same location as XCOM 2.
3. On WotC or LWotC : I didn't have that DLCs yet but should be same location that all of your mods.
4. Launch game via Mod launcher. or AML.
