Their voices are whatever I felt like it. The idea was for them to sound different from your normal troops (unless you're actually using the Resident Evil Wolf voice pack for your soldiers).
Installation
If you're like me and like your mods downloaded and placed manually (so if any of them update or otherwise something happens to them it doesn't ruin your save) in the game's mod folder place the downloaded file here:
Steam\steamapps\common\XCOM 2\XCom2-WarOfTheChosen\XComGame\Mods\1129661000\Config - overwrite when asked
If you have your mods in your steam\s workshop folder go here:
Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\1129661000\Config - overwrite when asked
All credits go to the their respective owners, all I did was a little bit of text fiddling. If anyone happens to download and play with this let me know if you encounter any problems. I've played quite a bit with it and I didn't see anything out of place but you never know.
