Adds the infamous Volk's voice as a usable pack for soldiers and reapers

The Reapers are known far and wide as expert marksmen and masters of stealth, they also have
great respect for their leader, Konstantine "Volk" Volikov, who's never
seen on the battlefield, until now!
It seems Volk wanted a piece of the action that XCOM was offering, that he wanted to get personally
involved, and so he has come forth to fight by your side.
This voice pack adds the voice of Volk as a playable voice, and you can also
get a Volk character down bellow (I had to upload it to the nexus, seing
as the workshop doesn't support character pools). He's an exact replica
of Volk, from the colors, to the outfit, to the hair, to the face, to
the skin color, so enjoy finally having the fearsome Reaper leader
fighting alongside you, We'll take the reapers down together, commander!
