This reshade provides a much clearer and sharper quality game with a minor hit to performance.
Removes the Blue Haze, Maintains Colour Palette, Improved Graphics Quality through SMAA & Sharpening.
Graphics settings are on maximum (default) with gamma at 50%.
Simply download the latest reshade, install with the Direct 3D 10+ or OpenGL (middle) option, select yes to downloading assets.
Unpack this folder into *Whatever*\XCOM 2\XCom2-WarOfTheChosen\Binaries\Win64\ (Same place the .exe is for Reshade Install).
Shift+F2 to open Reshade - F12 to toggle Reshade on/off.
(I have steam and changed the screenshot button to F11, dunno how to change that Reshade Key)
I am not sure if performance mode will automatically activate so if not, please turn that on in the settings tab.
