This mod extends the length of the base campaign in XCOM 2 using the playtime of the Legendary difficulty as a baseline. 

How does it work? 
It works by increasing the time it takes to perform research, excavate in the Avenger, build facilities, heal soldiers, scan on the Geoscape, and more. The speed by which the Avatar Project is advanced has been slowed to varying degrees based on the difficulty you're playing on to account for the newly extended playtime. 

Exactly how long are we talking here? 
You can expect to take about as much time to complete a campaign started with this mod as you would playing on Legendary, although campaigns on low difficulty settings can be drawn out slightly longer due to the slower progress on the Avatar Project. 

Does this make Legendary longer? 
No. The timespan of the Legendary difficulty itself is unaffected. 

Note: This is an early version. Balance will be modified based on feedback. If you modify the .ini files in this mod to suit your own preferences, remember to back the changes up as they may be overriden with my own defaults when the mod is updated. 

Compatability: This mod works via a lengthy series of .ini edits. Loading other mods that alter the same values in XComGameBoard.ini, XComGameData.ini, or XComStrategey.ini will not cause major issues, but may or may not result in generally bizarre things happening.
