Adds several new balanced utility items to spice up the early to mid game

This is a small "Mini expansion" currently focused on the early to mid game, but is open to further additions in the future. 
All items have custom graphics, descriptions and are fully ini editable through ShensLegacy.ini
The mod is under constant development and new items will be added in the future.  
Also available in the Steam Workshop

CURRENT NEWS:
v 22b is out! 
This includes some small changes to the early game research tree and adds Advent Weapons and a workshop mechanic to disassemble weapons, this will be expanded upon in the future.

Tech:

Available after Hybrid Materials, this research unlocks Composite Armor and the Stealth Vest

-- Remote Weapon Jamming
available after Modular Weapons has been researched and requires Weapon Components
Unlocks Remote Weapon Jammer (and later possibly a jamming grenade/beacon)

Utility Weapons
Remote Weapon Jammer - Tech: Remote Weapon Jamming
disable an enemy primary weapon remotely, forcing them to spend an action to reload 
1ap 1rd cooldown, no ammo (for now)

Shrapnel Grenade - Start item (craftable)
2-5 damage +2 throw range +1 explosion range 2 ammo
No shred, reduced damage vs armor, no enviroment damage.

Shredder Grenade - Start item (craftable)
2-3 damage -1 explosion range 2 shred 3 pierce (all damage should always pierce armor)

Both grenades also get improved versions after Advanced Grenades has been unlocked.
