Tracks the actions and successes of your soldiers throughout their campaign.
Now you can know for sure whether or not your favorite sniper has truely ever missed!

--
TLDR:
The lifetime statistics of a soldier (shots, hits, avg hit%, ...) are now stored and can be viewed both in tactical combat (by hovering your mouse over the ToHit% of a shot) and in the armory (via a newly added button).

Displays a modified ToHit chance next to existing chance based on how 'lucky' this soldier is-- purely for fun and for making bad decisions, in no way effects shot outcomes.

--
CURRENT FEATURES:

Tracked Data:
Shots - Every shot taken by a soldier is tallied
Hits/Misses - Whether the shot Hit or Missed is also tallied
Average Hit% - The average hit chance over all shots taken
Luck - Luck is computed by comparing Hits to Avg Hit%

Tactical Lifetime Stats Tooltip:
A new tooltip has been added to Tactical Combat missions showing all tracked data. This popup is accessible by hovering over the current ToHit%.

Luck Modified ToHit%:
A new Hit% is now displayed next to the existing Hit% for all shots showing how likely this particular soldier is to hit given the actual hit chance and also their luck.
Note that this is purely for fun. It in no way actually changes the to hit chance of the shot-- just maybe your decision to take it!

Armory Stats Screen:
A new button located in the Armory screen for a given soldier brings up the current soldier stats.

--
PLANNED FEATURES:

Lucky Effect:
An effect icon (in the style of 'Shaken') to denote if the solder is Lucky or Unlucky at a glance.
Tooltip Extensions:
A way to view the Lifetime Stats of a soldier without currently having the shot interface up while in combat.
INI Editable:
I will definitely be adding a way to tweak the mod via INI changes in the near future

--
POSSIBLE FEATURES (Based on Feedback):

Tracking more soldier data:
Tracking PSI, Grenades, Crits, Wounds, Hacks, ...
I wanted to start with the most basic data and see what the response was. It should be relatively easy to tack more information on as needed

--
KNOWN ISSUES:
Most shots that trigger a 'cinematic' style camera should be properly tracked (including things like Killzone/RapidFire).
Some multi-target attacks where the attacks are not as distinct (such as Faceoff) are only counted as 1 shot (the last one to be fired)

--
COMPATABILITY:
The mod uses no overrides and can be installed at any point (new game, existing strategy, existing tactical).
I do not believe it should conflict with anything-- however non-vanillia abilities may not track properly.
