Fairer Mimic Beacons attempts to balance mimic beacons in XCOM 2.

Fairer Mimic Beacons attempts to balance mimic beacons in XCOM 2.  The Enemy AI will now treat Mimic Beacons like any other soldier instead of always focusing it down (and often putting themselves in danger to do so).  Mimic Beacon defense has been decreased by 20% to make it slightly more attractive for some enemies.  It has been given a 25% Dodge chance to compensate for its lack of defense.  Its HP has been decreased from 12 to 10.

Now there is some strategy in using it.  Putting it in the open will now increase the chance enemies attack it, but will greatly lessen its survival (and being 1-shot by crits).  Putting it in cover will lessen its chance of being the target, but possibly soak up more attacks.  It can also be used to false-flank the enemy or draw the enemy in for a foolish flank.

Any enemies added in other mods (such as Muton Centurions) will still go ham on the Mimic if their authors coded the AI in that way.  For these rare cases, enemies will not go quite so much in harms way to destroy the beacon.

Download fixed with v1.0.1.  Advent removed the files from the v1.0.0 download.
