This is a very little "notevenmod" i created for my own pleasure, and i've decided to share it, because others might also like it.
INSTALLATION.
1) Place the .bin file in
C:\Users\%username%\Documents\my games\XCOM2\XComGame\CharacterPool\Importable
2) launch the game
3) go to "characters'
4) click on "import character"
5) select ShaojieZhang
Then you can edit him the way you want. have him being a recruit, a VIP, etc... change his class or remove his eye-patch
The read me in the .rar file is in french. that's because i'm stupid, apologize.
If you want to add him in whatever mod you're doing (whether it is a character pool, a better version of this mod, with his original voice, or, trully, whatever mod) feel free, you have my permission. Just tell me you did, it would please me :)

If you want to make Anette, don't hesitate, cause i won't. I've never had the occasion to play her, and have no particular attachement with her the way I have with Zhang. I'm sure some people will be happy to have her in their team again though, feel free. I really think there is a great vein for a cool mod in those ideas. a mod having, I dont know, Zhang, Anette and Central (who is allready in the game), and whoever else you could think about, and their customized voice packs.
I am not qualified to do it but if someone does, i'd be hell of a freaking client.
