Be VERY afraid of the snek ladies, those vipers are brutally effective in combat against advent.
Ironic, don't you think?
slap on bluescreen rounds in the equipment slot to counter non-organic enemies and suddenly your anti-infantry specialist becomes a well rounded and mobile killing machine that makes life absolute hell for the advent. She's either spitting poison, taking long range pot-shots, providing indefinite cover fire, or literally tying up their officers/shield bearers before they can do their thing. These XCOM loyal snake ladies feel hilariously overpowered at times, but using the "no tongue pull behind full cover" helps balance things out a tad.
