I added the ghost, flight, medkit, grapple (not working exactly right as well as heal does not work for heavies), and combat stimms. I added a 30 HP bonus, 40will, 40 defense, and 30 flight fuel. I upped the starting soldier stats to 150 aim, 150 will, and 15 mobility, changed starting base funds significantly, and I increased starting base funding to 9999, increased shiv HP to 25 and changed healing times to 1 and made all aircraft maint and refuel times a few hours. If people would like, I can also upload a version with seriously boosted ballistics damage and accuracy as well as seriously increased sight ranges. I have not seen any real "cheat" mods other than money, so if anyone wants anything let me know. This completely is a total cheat and furthermore DOES NOT DISABLE ACHIEVEMENTS, so is good for those who are just want the achievements but are hopless at getting some of them. Its also kinds neat watching people run up into the air in ghost mod.

installation:
1:unzip all 3 files into the binaries folder in you steam apps folder.
2:run .bat file or the .exe
3:add the lines in your hosts file to prevent the callhome
