Thanks, though a little bit of support from the mod would be nice. Eg. therer is still a Training center where you can set behavior for stances. Pilots still display careers and ! for user attention to promotions, and stats like Def, sq Def etc which are not relevant. Removing these based on the config would be nice!
Behavior for stances is in Airforce Command, not Training center. It cannot be turned off because (the Airforce Command) because how the stances work cannot be turned off. So the option to define the behavior persists.
Pilots still can choose career after promotions so they get ! mark. You kept 3 careers in the .ini so pilots can choose their title. Delete all but 1 career and there will be no choice - then the mark will not appear.
Although it sounds tempting I cannot disable display of selected stats because the spacing in UI is coded with assumption that they are all displayed and in certain order. Even changing the order like Def first and then Aim would require much of rework for very little benefit. It's like for soldiers in barracks you can configure LW to make Def be always 0 but the stat is there anyway.
