=== Description ===
Li-Ming is a Wizard from the Diablo universe and one of the Nephalem, the descended offspring of angels and demons. Gifted with incredible magical powers, which would correlate to psionic powers in the XCOM-verse, she's ready to blast your enemies into another plane of existence.

UPDATE! - I have rebuilt this mod from the ground up. This involved extracting a lot of the files straight from Diablo 3 and Heroes of the Storm. Only a few select files from the first version were retained since I could not find them elsewhere.
This pack contains 540 voice lines in total, though some are recycled. Some were acquired from an XCOM 2 mod made by HakuWatari, while most were acquired directly from Diablo 3 and Heroes of the Storm via CascView.

Extract the contents of the zip file to ...\XCOM Enemy Unknown\XEW\XComGame\CookedPCConsole\Voice .
Then copy the following line into your DefaultContent.ini file under ...\XCOM Enemy Unknown\XEW\XComGame\Config , just below the line VoicePackageInfo=(VoiceType=eCharVoice_FemaleBlueshirt1,ArchetypeName="Voice_BSFVoice1.BSFVoice1")

Extract the contents of the zip file to ...\XCOM Enemy Unknown\XEW\XComGame\CookedPCConsole\Voice .
Look up one of the voice packs of MJPoland on the Nexus and follow the instructions there and apply his patches with PatcherGUI. The UPKModder part is not necessary.
After that, copy the line above as described.
