Enables you to modify the tactical game speed via a configuration file.
This is superior to the use of slomo, via F7/F8/F9, because it does not reset itself between battles and after kill cams.

=== How to Install this Mod for Long War ===
1) Open your XCom Enemy Within folder (for Steam, it will be something like - C:\Steam\SteamApps\common\XCom-Enemy-Unknown\XEW). Make sure you are within the ENEMY WITHIN folder (XEW), not just the Enemy Unknown folder.
2) Go into XComGame\CookedPCConsole and create a folder named Mods (if such a folder does not already exist)
3) Within this Mods folder place the file Keiths_Tactical_Speed_Shuffler.u
4) Go into XComGame\Config
5) Within this Config folder place the file DefaultKeithsTacticalSpeedShuffler.ini
6) Open up DefaultKeithsTacticalSpeedShuffler.ini and modify TACTICAL_GAME_SPEED to your liking. Higher values lead to faster tactical battles.
7) Save and close DefaultKeithsTacticalSpeedShuffler.ini once you are done modifying it
8) Within the Config folder open up DefaultMutatorLoader.ini
9) At the bottom of DefaultMutatorLoader.ini add the line : arrTacticalMutators="Keiths_Tactical_Speed_Shuffler.Tactical_Speed_Shuffler_Mutator"
