Removes all hit chance displays from the tactical layer.
Removes enemy DR displays if "show enemy health" option is off (previously only hid health bars and damage display, since DR is a LW mechanic).

Recommended settings for a challenge run:
1) Remove other info mods like sightlines, alien resource display, etc
2) Install this
3) Uncheck "show enemy health" in game options -> display
