A difficulty tweak for those who'd like to bypass the unmodded game, specially modified for Dynamic War option

A difficulty tweak for LW that I've made by comparing other existing .ini tweaks, and modifying throughout my campaign. I found the training settings to be too easy for anyone with an experienc with squad-based games. The custom .ini here makes the game more forgiving, reduces the grind-y resource gathering needs and introduces an easier air war, specially built around the Dynamic War option. It is in-between the More Fun But Challenging and Long War - Training settings, closer to the former.

To install, extract the zip to "Steam\steamapps\common\XCom-Enemy-Unknown\XEW\XComGame\Config" and replace the existing file

Changes include:
Aliens have a bit less HP, Exalt&zombie HPs are nerfed heavily
Easier early-game through increased funds
Soldiers have min. 4hp and 12 mobility, so as to lessen the chance of getting an utterly **** one
Item&facility cost & time requirement is lowered by 20%
Panic spread is more forgiving, but aliens will stil prioritize the country with highest panic
Interceptor re-arm&repair times much shorter
Fatigue&wounded times are reduced (fatigue lasts 5-7 days, wounds 10-21, more severe wounds 21-42)
Most of basic items (laser sights, ammos etc.) do not have mobility costs
