you might have at least told us what you figured out ... I guess it's too much to expect from the modder and everyone else. It boggles the mind how someone who is capable of creating and a mod and wants to share it with everyone, but doesn't have the sense to actually explain how it is installed. This crap doesn't get my endorsement.
You should add a ticker entry for stat(22), which is the base defense counter. When stat(22) ticks over to a multiple of 3 you get a base defense that month.
