hello may i ask? how did you change the flags? i would like to know. cuz i plan to make a small flag change mod my self, i tryed the program Texmod. but it didnt have any effect in game when i changed the flags texture. i might be doing it wrong, but id hoped mabey you could point me in the right direction? i want to change only one or two flags to be a specific one. thank you for any help you can provide.
