This will let your lower the panic by 1 for all countries and you can get 1000 Cash.

XCOM EU Complete Edition. LowerPanic, and if u like u can also get 1000Cash each time u press the key.
I looked all major sites for a simple walkthrough on how to lower the panic so the Countries wont defect and most of em had to download files and install different stuff and the game kept crashing...
so i put this file for ppl who like to enjoy the game with e few simple tweaks on the save file location. (dont worry u wont loose ur save game)
Keep in mind though, when u press they keys ether for panic or cash u wont get it right away. So press the keybindings first then click on research or barracks for example then u'll get it activated.
UPDATE: I just added another file in the download section where u r now able to get 100 Meld for XCOM Enemy Within, read the inst. first and u r good to go.
