About this mod
For those of you who prefer to keep your operatives\\\' generated names intact, this file is for you. I\\\'ve added thousands of unique names for just about every nationality in the game, taken from several different name lists. Compare the original name file, which was about a hundred kilobytes, to this one, which is 1.2 megabytes. With this file,
- Permissions and credits
Installation is simple.
1. Go to XCOM config directory. (Example: C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Steam\\steamapps\\common\\XCom-Enemy-Unknown\\XComGame\\Cfg)
2. Extract DefaultNameList.ini from archive into Cfg folder. Replace original file.
3. Enjoy!
Note: If the game patches, it may overwrite the modified name file with the original one, forcing you to replace it again.
