If you enjoy flying your XL ships manually like I do, this mod makes it much less tedious! To install it, simply extract the .zip file to your X4 Foundations 'extensions' folder. This mod buffs all XL thruster stats by exactly 2X. Please note that it does NOT affect engine performance (i.e., ship acceleration or travel speed) -- it only tweaks thruster performance: roll, pitch, yaw, and strafe rates.
If you wish to tweak the thruster performance of your XL ships further, simply edit the .xml files installed by this mod and change the 'replace sel=' values as desired. The values in the mod are exactly 2x the stock rates, but you may edit them to be whatever you wish.
You can uninstall this at any time; nothing extra is saved to or loaded from your game saves.
