Just a follow-up update for everyone that updated from the first version 0.1. I noticed that for some the mod might not have started upon updating. Ppl that started with v0.2 can skip this update, no gameplay changes. :)

Fixed the chance modifier not applying. Sorry about that. This will reduce the skilling speed quite a bit, but can be adjusted in the file as described.

Adds an option to only level npc's job/role relevant skills. Needs to be enabled in the file as it is disabled at default.
