Reduces the resource cost and time for the Xenon to build ships by around or more than half, resulting in a massive upswing in Xenon activity. Compatible with any Xenon mod that does not alter Wares.xml; weapon buffs and changes to Xenon jobs settings should work with it and hasten the demise of your X universe.

Many of us are underwhelmed by the xenon. For the big scary bad guys, they go down way too easily, often without any help from us. This is one of several mods that change that. Some of them just make the Xenon more powerful, with stronger weapons and shields. Others tweak jobs files to make the Xenon produce more resource-gathering ships and assemble larger fleets. Some do both.
However, one thing these mods don't address is the actual production rate of Xenon ships. In particular, the one that changes Jobs doesn't add any new shipyards, meaning that the Xenon still face a serious bottleneck in assembling the massive fleets it tells them to build.
Instead of addressing that directly, this mod makes Xenon ships cheaper. Less ore, less silicon, fewer energy cells, less build time. You'll quickly see a drastic increase in the number of Xenon ships swanning around your galaxy... especially if you combine it with those other mods. Note, go into any other Xenon-affecting mod you use and check it for a Wares.xml file; if it has one, it may not be compatible.
So, can you prop up the races of the X Universe against the Xenon Apocalypse? Will you fort up in a little system all your own where you'll be the last remnant of civilization? Or will you be left alone in your one last ship, the last remnant of organic life in the galaxy, watching the Xenon and waiting for the end?
