Heavier armed version of the Argon Behemoth.

Adds the Heavy Behemoth to both Argon Shipyards. Meant to be used as a command ship, because of the hefty price tag. Changes include changes to the model and enhanced stats, aswell as:
- 2 more L weapons
- 2 more L turrets
- 4 more M turrets
- 2 more thrusters
