Created a new version of the Teladi Phoenix, the Teladi Phoenix Vindicator.

*Reported issues: Similar to other mods, there have been issues with getting this to work on non-English systems and some localization.
**Since this mod does not replace the vanilla ship, if you load a save after removing the mod, any mod ships will become unknown ships.
It is recommended to install this model in extension folder located with the X4.exe, for steam this is:
XXXX\Steam\steamapps\common\X4 Foundations\extensions
A new version of the Teladi Phoenix, Teladi Phoenix Vindicator, is sold by both the TEL and MIN Shipyards. The Teladi Phoenix Vindicatorcomes in both the Vanguard and Sentinel varieties. These are in addition to the current Teladi Phoenix .(i.e. they do NOT replace them).
Detailed changes:
Increased Main guns from 2 to 6
Medium Turrets increased from 9 to 15
Remove the ability to use missiles
Ship docking capacity decreased from 40 to 6
Base cost doubled (may be overpriced, but Teladi want more profitsss)
No change in crew count at this time.
I believe factions will build this ship, but this is unconfirmed.
