Scale Plate Pact gets more ship variety.

Description
Now Scale Plate Pact have more ships to choose from. M-class and fighter-class ships are more common among them. Although, scout-class ships still make up bulk of their forces.
They own more blueprints as well, as they (at least in lore perspective) would need them for repairs and outfitting captured ships, even though they use other factions equipment docks. Now they can properly outfit their ships at their backyard for pirate tasks using Teladi technology.
Also, as player may want to go to war with the universe while staying pirate-friendly, The Cove can be some kind of Teladi technology shelter (it is very late-game scenario, but one may use Custom Gamestart).
BTW, why they have ARG Behemoth E blueprint, but not TEL Phoenix E, or older variants?
Lore-wise, when Argon and Teladi were decomissioning Vanguard and Sentinel variants of their destroyers, Scale Plate Pact took the opportunity. Argons, still recovering from war with Terrans and being involved in military operations on various frontlines, decided to trade their older destroyer variants to SCA for temporary cease-fire. As the story unfolded, it did not take long for greedy ScalePactanians to break the agreement in pursuit of profits. Speaking of profits, decomissioning of older Phoenix ships has awaken Teladi profit-oriented nature. Ministry of Finance representatives with no hesitation sold Vanguard and Sentinel variants of afromentioned vessels to Scale Plate officials, despite possibilities of increased pirate incursions. How it came to be that Phoenix E and Behemoth E blueprints are now in possesion of Scale Plate Pact, Dal Busta only knows.
Choice of ships was dictated by usefullness for pirate operations:
-- spacious cargo hold
-- large crew
-- decent speed
-- cheap price
Choice of ships was also dictated by factions:
-- mainly Teladi
-- some Argon
-- rarely captured destroyer of Paranid or Split origin
-- don't mess with Terrans
-- SCA dislike VIG and BUC pirates, but they're brothers in arms
-- nothing from distant Borons
What this mod DOES NOT do
-- It does NOT add new jobs to SCA, they do not have new tasks, more ships or stations.
-- It does NOT change nor unlock player relations with SCA.
-- It does NOT change the fact that SCA spawns ships rather than building them.
