Adds "Training" chat option to employees. Different versions depend on how much is trained per seminar.

This mod allows players to train their employees using digital seminars.
v.1.50.1.3 (Tested on X4 v 1.50)
Language id´s were wrong for all languages except english in v 1.50.1.2, this has now been fixed.

Added language localization as far as google translate allows, translating to local language should be easy now by editing the correct language file in the \t folder for those that are interested. Added a gradual version 3 points from skill 0-6, 2 points from 7-11, 1 point 12+ per seminar.

Digital seminars are used up on use. Max skill is 15 (3 for each star), 1 seminar gives 3 skill points (1 star)Training skilltype selection is greyed out if player does not own a digital seminar for that skill.Training skilltype selection is greyed out if employee has max training in that skill.

- train Boarding, Morale and Engineering by 3 for each seminar.

- train skill by 1 for each seminar.

- skill 12 and up gives 1 point per seminar.
