Allows the deployment of ALL MK1/MK2 laser towers for the selected ships at their current positions via the context menu.

Allows the deployment of ALL mk1/mk2 laser towers for the selected ships at their current positions via a context menu.
If any of the ships don't have the selected deployable then nothing will happen.
IMPORTANT
All towers are deployed at the ships' current positions (not the position of an object/place when the right click is performed)
KNOWN ISSUES:
