Reduction of Station modules by x10. IE Argon Defense Disc takes 10 mins to build, this mod makes it 1 minute instead.

Reduction of Station modules by x10. IE Argon Defense Disc takes 10 mins to build, this mod makes it 1 minute instead. Module material cost is not effected in this. This mod is save game compatible. Although the changes Will Not take effect on stations already scheduled to be built. It will take effect with new stations/modules however. This mod doesn't affect Xenon modules on the hope that it will allow for Xenon specific mods to be run alongside it. This effects AI as well.
Author note: Its been mentioned to me that winrar is having issues extracting the mod itself. Please check for any new updates to winrar and/or use 7zip to extract. Im trying to look into why this is. Thanks [702pm-12/29/2018]
