Adds UI elements to 'Player Restock Subordinates' mod.

Mod allows to enable/disable subordinate restocking via the game's context menu. Also for multiple assets at once.
Additionally every asset with restock enabled will have a dedicated status icon in the property list view.
Requires Mysterial's Player Restock Subordinates mod.
