Doubles quota for SCA pirate jobs in the galaxy, as well as increasing the per-sector limit from 1 to 4
Should work on existing saves, might just take some time for the new ones to show up
Extract to X4/extensions folder
Safe to remove if no longer desired (new pirates probably won't spawn until the overall number is back under original limits if removed)
