Changes the base British English to American English

Since the game is based on British English I found a personal need to create an American English version that replaces ye olde English with ye new English. The majority of entries should be changed to their American counterparts. Additional basic spelling errors also included.
Some things were left unchanged for the moment to ensure that they would not interfere with possible code entry calls that may exist. Additional tweaks will be applied with more game time as it will help sort out items that can be replaced without issues. If you notice anything obvious that has not been changed please leave a comment with as exact information on the original text as possible.
This should work with all saves as it only changes the content of the language file 0001-L044.xml.
