replace some default reticles with way better visibility color and styles

default reticle has shitty contrast vs background, even in the config page you can see the terrible contrast.
This mod only provide some crosshair since those ones are the one I use. too lazy to do the rest.
Note only the Horizontal Indicator has visibility mod.
These are the one I have changed:
New in 1.18.0+R1:
Enjoy.
Installation:
Extract the zip file.
Put the "gui" folder into "res_mod\<gameVersion>" folder inside game directory.[0nly 1.18.x]
Place .wotmod file into "World_of_Tanks\mods\<Version>\" directory.
