This adds music to the login menu and garage, while replacing the music used during battle intros and actual battle.
Victory, defeat and draw music also replaced. 

No update needed for 9.6 9.7 9.8!!! (1.9 is now out, if you are on 1.81 and doing fine no need to download, just smaller file size and some performance improvements.)
