Like stated previously this isn't a mod, doesn't change any game files, it's just a simple Autohotkey script i came up with coz i was tired of pressing a button to see my dropped loot lol. Hopefully it'll help the three of you that still play this game until hopefully the devs ( highly doubt) will add this as a feature. ANYWAY.
How to use:
1) Open your game and change your "Show Items on the ground" key to (Insert)
2) Open the downloaded file and press F1 while you're outside of the game, on desktop for example.
3) Get in and farm some loot!
ps. you can exit the macro by pressing F2, again, while you're not in game.
Be aware that using a macro that presses the same button every few seconds comes with a few issues, for example you might find hard to manage your inventory as items will get dropped on the ground if you click them or drag them. Also you'll find it hard to ALT+TAB to switch screens, but it's doable. But yea, not really a huge deal tbh.
I will also upload an .ahk file and you can change to whatever key you want. You only need to download Autohotkey from their site and edit it then run it.
