About this mod
This modifies the amount of skill points required to set a Skill Modifier on an ability to 1. It also changes how many modifier points you receive per level.
- Permissions and credits
I was disappointed that you couldn't completely max out the Skill Modifiers for an ability, so I decided to make this. What this does is set the skill cost to 1, and by level 50, gives you 16 points, meaning you will be able to learn every modifier.
There is another mod that does this but sets it to 0, but I found that setting them to 0 bugs them out.
You will receive 2 modifier points every 5 levels (down from 6 default) up to level 30, and 1 modifier point every 5 levels to level 50.
This has been tested in the Arise patch.
Installation:
Open the .zip file
Drop the Umbra folder into your Wolcen/Game directory, e.g.
