This mod adds more sockets and allows for different coloured sockets on any weapon/armour piece.
More interesting socket crafting with more options!
1. More sockets - any armour piece can now be socketed.
2. Any colour / type combination can now be added onto any weapon/armour.

This mod adds more sockets and allows for different coloured sockets on any weapon/armour piece.
More interesting socket crafting with more options!
1. More sockets - Feet, Shoulders, Gauntlets that never allowed for sockets can now have sockets. Some other armour pieces received extra sockets.
2. Any colour / type combination can now be added onto any weapon/armour. (eg. Support II + Offensive 1 + Defensive III | Offensive III + Defensive II + Defensive II etc)
3. Weapons will still have a slight preference of rolling Offensive, and armour pieces Defensive / Support.
4. Some items will roll maximum of 2x sockets, others roll up to 3x sockets.
- Notes
- The game seems to allow only up to 3x maximum sockets on items, otherwise it will crash, merchant trying to load inventory will crash immediately.
- Keep in mind the combinations are now much more, so rolling sockets will take longer for the desired combination (colour/type), so it will be more expensive without using cheaper socket mods.
- Installation
- Extract the file where your Wolcen game is installed in Steam, put the Umbra folder inside ...\common\Wolcen\Game.
- Incompatibilities
- If it asks you to replace an existing file, a different mod has also edited this file, which means they will not work together!
- Any mods that also use Umbra\Loot\Sockets\socketablePresets.xml
- Offline only!
- No mods will work in online mode...
- Uninstall
- Delete the file for this mod - socketablePresets.xml, restart game. I confirmed and tested that merchants can buy existing multi-socketed / coloured versions without crashing. Merchant will sell normal items after file was deleted.
