About this mod
All skills have had their modifier costs reduced to 0 including the more recent damage type modifiers. 2021

A simple mod that changes the points required to enable a modifier in the Active skills window to 0 allowing you to use them all at the same time assuming that there are no conflicts. Should work for all skills but untested.
Simply replace your Umbra folder and all your skills will be updated with the new values.
Location could be: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Wolcen\Game\Umbra\Skills\Trees\ActiveSkills
No Umbra folder? Don't worry! In your (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Wolcen\Game directory you should find a Umbra.pak file at the end, this is equivalent to the Umbra folder contained within this mod, simply drop the Umbra folder and the game will prioritize using the content in your Umbra folder, should work like a charm.
Susceptible to conflicts with other mods using the game game files.

As of around marsh of 2020, i received info that the mod no longer works, this should have now been fixed and updated to contain the new damage type modifiers for all your burning needs.
Offline use only as with all gameplay changing mods
