Wizardry: The Five Ordeals does not come with portraits. Include in this mod are 20 portraits that can be used for character creation.
Just unzip the file and insert the images separately into the face folder.
Method 1. The face folder can be found from C:\Wizardry.The.Five.Ordeals\Data\User\face 2. The images are in set of 2, name faceX_b.png and faceX_c.png where X is a number from 1 to 20. 3. Place face1_b.png and face1_c.png in folder face1. Once done, change the filenames by removing/renaming the number 1 so the name should then be face_b.png and face_c.png. 4. Do the same for the rest of the face folder and remove the number once inserted. Remember each folder should have only face_b & face_c plus an existing file face_a which you can leave alone.
Once done, start the game and click Edge of Town, followed by Training Grounds. Click Create New Character or Inspect if you have already created the character. Click User to select the character then click Change Mark. You should see a list of face buttons starting with Face1. Find the face that suit your character and Leave.
