After defeat all enemies in skull marker. you can select all buffs.

Unlock Every Slot of ARCANA when you defeat all enemies in skull marker and activated Manifested . with this :
- You can activated any slots.
- Didn't need to do research for High-tier arcana anymore. Its all revealed in there.
- Ver 0.4.5 seems to disable rerolled feature. even it still there in assets. still no rerolls.
- Ver 0.4.5 has Corrupt Arcana too, thats all free select.
- IMPORTANT** if you activated whole arcana board and exit. you cant change that already-activated slot in second time. just grab Manifested Crystal and exit.
