About this mod

The Full Combat Rebalance 3 (FCR3) brings many changes to the vanilla game, among them it makes our followers deal full damage instead of minimal and buffs the witchers and sorceresses the most. This change certainly has its points, but the followers may seem to be too powerful at times.

Permissions and credits
Inspired by a conversation in the FCR3's comment section (thank you, B4RD0), this mod brings three ways to lower the companions' damage, in a way similar to the Next-Gen value. Flash originally added minimal damage check and additional buffs to witchers and sorceresses (he explains it in the FCR3''s description).
Flash also changed values in gameplay/abilities/opp_base_abl.xml and gameplay/abilities_plus/opp_base_abl.xml, but fortunately it doesn't seem to be necessary to change these for the lowered damage to work.

First one: Damage capped at 1/6 (of Geralt's damage), minimal damage imposed, special buffs for witchers and sorceresses on

Second one: Damage capped at 1/6, minimal damage isn't imposed, special buffs for witchers and sorceresses off

Third one: Damage capped at 1/6, minimal damage isn't imposed, special buffs for witchers and sorceresses on

I recommend the first option as the easiest one and most simply working, the followers will still deal more damage than in the vanilla, but it won't be full damage FCR3 brings. I will appreciate testing all three versions and comments about how they work in your game.

Special thanks to:

Flash_in_the_flesh for his FCR3 mod

B4RD0 for an immense help and an inspiration for bringing a more balanced approach to followers' damage to FCR3

And a special dedication in the memory of a Polish actor, Krzysztof Banaszyk who voiced the witcher's friend, companion, brother-in-arms or a rival, Vernon Roche in the Polish version of The Witcher 2 and The Witcher 3, and passed away this year. I was deeply saddened when I heard of it and here I have an opportunity to express it by mentioning the great actor.
