After doing my annual comp cleaning of dust bunnies (having not cleaned my comp since before the pandemic, eewww, lmao!) and upgrading some hardware...I did a fresh re-install of the game and all my mods...can confirm this mod still works as advertised, with current game version 4.03 (Steam).
Did you add the XML like it says in the readme on the description page?

for those who did not understand (like me), but now I understand unpack the downloaded file, paste it into the mods folder and bin folder go to Witcher 3>\bin\config\r4game\user_config_matrix\pc and find dx11filelist.txt and dx11filelist.txt, sometimes they can just be called dx11filelist and dx11filelist. do everything that is written in DESCRIPTION
not working for me i set it in menu "on" i set it to "2" i only get 1 also in my files is missing "dx11filelist.txt" and "dx12filelist.txt" if that plays any role
Script merger needs to be updated, its not detect conflicts. The mod works fine, but if there are other files using the "levelManager.ws" file, only the mod with higher priority will work. You have 3 options to run the mod: 1- You can choose between mods that use the same file. 2- You can manually merge the same files in the mod's file in the upper privilage. 3- You can wait for the script merger to update.
If these two files are missing in your Witcher 3 Wild Hunt GOTY\bin\config\r4game\user_config_matrix\pc folder then you don't have the game installed correctly, or you're looking in the wrong folder for those files
Even with script merger updated, the mod doesn't work for me with NG 4.01 (I have the menu but still doesn't want to give me more of one point per level), so I tried this one which fortunatelu works Increase Level Up Skill Point
