Gives Philippa a more practical look loosely based off of book descriptions and my personal interpretation of her. I wanted to give her an outfit that would make sense with her being on the run from ongoing witch hunts, while still staying elegant. I also included her "crimson lipstick" from the books.
(This is just my version of Philippa and yours may be completely different and that is perfectly fine!)
