added fully working unpaused mode, separate download, mouse and keyboard only
when popup opened, buffs will expand and move lower
hidden popup background (rendered on top), added background to buffs module (rendered under), so buffs now can be seen as clearly as with vanilla radial menu
press same key to close, keyboard only (note: for paused mode tab key is hardcoded in scripts)
popup will no longer close on item use, UI is updated efficiently
