This Aeltoth youtube video is easy way to understand how the stamptool works.
How to import custom world
The wiki explains how to do in detail.
1.Create new world
https://cdprojektred.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/W3REDkit/pages/6325171/HOW-TO+Create+a+new+world
2. import heightmap tileset

On other CGsoftware
You can use the heightmaps as material when you create the full terrain of the entire level with other CG software.
You can even use it as a base for creating your own stamps with other CG software.
About File Section
main
The heightmap set in main section can be used as a stamp for REDkit3. Of course, they can also be used with other CG software.
optional
The heightmap set in optional have been placed that for some reason are difficult to use as a stamp for REDkit3. They are intended for use with other CG software.
Miscellaneous
Use it to check how to import custom worlds, etc.

Heightmap Types
Mountain
Heightmap of mountains for background. Stamptool's setting value assume radius: 375, intensity: 0.15.
It is for background use and mayn't be suitable for level exploration.
Steep Terrace
Heightmap of steep type terrace for level creation. Stamptool's setting value assume radius: 70~, intensity: 0.02~0.1.
When placed small, the terraces are just big enough for Geralt to jump up. If set up large, it may be suitable as a foundation for a fort or similar.
Crater
Heightmap of crater for level creation. Stamptool's setting value assume radius: 60~, intensity: 0.1~.
It is important to note that the bottom of the hole is the same height as the edge, so to make it lower than the edge, the terrain should be dug manually afterwards. However, if the bottom of the hole is lowered below the edge, it would be better to place the crater mesh instead of the terrain.
Hill
Heightmap of hill for level creation.
The same stamp can be used in combination with radius and intensity to express complex hills.
Heightmap of [ hillname ]_wfo partially steepens the falloff
Dune
Heightmap of dune for level creation.
The same stamp can be used in combination with radius and intensity to express complex dune or something.
Noise
Heightmap of noise for level creation.
Representation of unified highs and lows of terrain with low intensity and large radius, and characteristic terrain by superimposing stamps.
I recommend Noise. The reason is that it is easier to adjust the intensity (The stamps before ver1.6 were difficult to adjust the intensity).
I tried making cliffs, but they don't work well with REDkit's stamptool (they have prominent artifact lines when the falloff on the setting is turned on) .
I have considered simple shapes etc., but this is too easy to create.
About License
These heightmap collections were all created by me.
It can be used freely for commercial and non-commercial purposes.
It can be used as material for other CG software(blender, zbrush, cinema4d, houdini, UnrealEngine, UnitiyEngine, ...etc) as well as redkit3.
You are essentially free to do so, as long as you don’t redistribute the files as they are as your own assets.
You don’t need my permission or credit for anything you do with these files.
