PRIMER TWEAKS:
simply install like any other mod
give priority over and do NOT merge with (Alchemy)Primer
use modPrimerTweaks for merges with other mods than (Alchemy)Primer
all my changes can be found by looking for //modPrimerTweaks

- potion_toxicity_mult 1.25 -> 1.0
- residual_degen_rate 0.05 -> 1.0 (needs new .xml)

- allowing new recipes for substances
- using kindlings gives ashes
- allowing other recipes for alcohol
- changing recipes for existing substances
